ＢＩＷシステムご利用有難うございます。銘酒に出会う２
先日の日曜日、７月の日本酒とイタリアンの会が開催されました。もうすでに重ねる事５開催、すばらしい。
最近日本酒が、とっても近くに感じ、また相当ハマッテいます。今まで日本酒はあまり好きではなかったのですが、美味しいものに出会うとイメージが変わりますね。名前ばっかり先行しているもので美味しいものに出会った記憶が少ないのですが、この会に出てくるお酒は違います。自信を持っておすすめします
全部美味しいのですが、必ず、鳥肌モンが１本！やはり、今回は石鎚です。シェフ

光栄すぎます。しかし、無理なく等身大でまじめに作られているものはいいものが多いですね。これからも

シェフ、やっぱり好きな味わいが似ているのかもしれません。
そのお酒、実は“続うまいもん塾”でも私が気に入っていたので御紹介したのですが、その時は試飲即売会で入手した物でした。
酒蔵なかやまさんでも扱いがあるのを確認していましたので、今回はその味を確認し、ちゃんと美味しい事を見てからお願いする事となりました。
緑ラベルは、本当に美味しいと思います。
愛媛県御出身の方がいたのもあって、それを選んだのですが、シェフにも喜んで戴けて嬉しいです。
次回はその酒蔵の別のお酒を入れようかと思っています。また、ソムリエールの千晴さんが気に入りだった鍋島あたりも候補に考えています。
鍋島のキーンと冷やした時のスカッとした味わいも気に入って戴けるような気がするのですが・・・。
来月もお世話になりますが、宜しくお願い致します。
