レディタン ザ・トトキ(フレンチレストラン）
前回に続き、レストランのお話です。銀座にある、フレンチ 「レディタン ザ・トトキ」に行きました。
ここもまた素敵なレストランで、非常に優しいお味です。野菜も豊富で、身体に優しい感じでした。
驚いたのが、あの有名なシェフ自ら一生懸命料理を作っているのです。その事に僕は感動しました
僕も好きな料理をずっと続けて行きたいと、本当に実感しました。そのためには健康が一番ですね
お客様の為にも身体に良いお料理を提供できるように頑張ります。 シェフ
