月曜日は英会話の日（東京編）
今回の登場は「ムッシュ・ミッシェル・グロ」です。皆さんブルゴーニュワインと言えばグロファミリーと言うぐらい超人気のドメーヌ。その中の「ドメーヌ・ミシェル・グロ」の当主がミシェルさんです。本当にスーパースターと言っても過言でないくらいな方ですが、
ものすごい腰の低い、そして穏やかで人間味溢れる方でした。以前からミッシェルさんは良い人です
と噂は聞いていたのですが、それ以上の方です。その人間味がワインからも感じ、本人を目の前にして飲むとより一層強く感じられました。
本当に幸せです。ラベルが替わった事を聞いたのですが、その話を
よく聞かれるようなので事前に説明文を書いたパンフをお持ちでした。そこへミッシェルさんが
サインとメッセージを入れ頂きました。ブルゴーニュファンの僕にとって宝物です。
次回は「ベルナール・グロ」のお話です。シェフ
