モンブランできました。
２００５年度版モンブラン完成です。今年は食感を複雑にしたのと、栗を２種類の味付けで盛り込んで見ました。それに栗のジェラートも添え完成です。１０月１６日からスタートします。以前から定評のあるモンブランクリームの美味しさはそのままで、グレードアップしたモンテラートモンブランをぜひご賞味ください。ランチでも御用意できますのでお気軽にお申し付けください。皆様のお越し楽しみにしています。ちなみにモーリーが怒られながらもモンブラン作っています。
また、皆様の意見お聞かせください。 シェフ
