大西亭で伊勢屋の伊藤氏と楽しい会食
伊勢屋の伊藤さんと僕と妻で大西亭のディナーを楽しみました。大西さんは凄い、料理も爆発しているが本人がとても魅力的です。とてもいい感じの人です。大西さんの苦労話を聞き、僕はまだまだだなと感じさせてもらいました。自分自身をもっと磨く努力が必要です。大西さんと僕は料理の目指すところは違いますが、気持ちは同じだなと思いました。人との出会いを大切に感謝の気持ちを忘れず日々過ごしたいものです。ワインと料理、僕の一番幸せな瞬間。でも身体も大切ですね。この頃少し体重が増えたように・・・シェフ
