進化型モンテラート？？？
又もや、ろあん松田さんへお蕎麦を食べに行きました。御主人とお話が盛り上がり来年（２００６年）早々にろあん松田さんのお店を借りて、丹波の食材とロケーションで新しいスタイル、そう進化型モンテラートを一日だけオープンしましょう、と言う事に成りました。これは面白いですよ。まだ、日時や内容は決まってないので、これからです。楽しみにしてください。シェフ
ウニ情報です。ものすごく美味しいです。金曜日から食べれます。 シュークリームは絶品です。

ロアン松田さんってお蕎麦屋さんなんですね。今、ネットで調べました。行ってみたいけど遠いですね。でも、来年の「モンテさん＆ロアンさんのコラボ料理」は、ぜひ行ってみたいです！！
