フレッシュポルチーニ入荷
ヨーロッパからフレッシュポルチーニが入荷しました。フレッシュは美味しいです。香りがいいですね。さて、どんなお料理にするか、ただ今思案中、今週末にウニのお料理と共に登場します。その時までじっくり考えましょう。でもオーソドックスなミラノカツレツとポルチーニソテーなんか最高ですね。マツタケより美味しいかも、ご期待ください。ウニ情報ですが、台風により入荷が心配でしたが、台風の前にイケスに確保してくれていたので最初の入荷は大丈夫です。金曜日からスタートしますので宜しく。ではお待ちしています。シェフ
